BAD LIFESTYLE CAUSES ACNE ? IS IT TRUEE..

 ACNE

ACNE is too common now days, almost 80 percent of people suffering from acne specially in teenager's during the age between 11 to 30. that's when their Harmons are all over the place. its 2021 accept your self. be in love and satisfied with your self. REALLY, NO if something happens to your  body it means there is something wrong in it. acne is a type of skin condition.


 if you are facing acne or pimple problem it means there is something  wrong happening into your body. according to Indian scriptures  ( चेहरा एक आइना है )  it means if anything happen too our body our face started showing or indicating us. so pimple is type of indication which indicates that there is something wrong happens to our body .



WHAT IS A ROOT  CAUSE  OF ACNE?


when body's gland overproduce oil, they combine with the dead skin cells. this blocks the pores and the hair follicles. then bacteria begins to grow in the clogged pores, causing a breakout.  some people had genetical, some had a hormonals imbalance.
but the actual root cause is unhealthy lifestyle. the actual cause of acne prone or pimple is unhealthy routine . acne is mostly happens because of unhealthy stomach there is so many toxic thing into our body. our unhealthy intake produce to much heat into our body which creates acne .whatever we eat like unhealthy oily food ,preserved package food, tea, extra spicy and salty food,  and then apply chemical made cosmetics which so wrong for our skin . so try to avoid those thing .sometimes its happens because of dandruff or hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. it causes whiteheads, blackheads or pimples. 


SKIN CARE

  • first do not touch your face
we had a habit of touching our face consistently can lead to breakouts. this is because the bacteria can transfer from your fingers onto the skin . sometimes people had habit of touching there face on regular basis . be careful of scratching your face resting your face on your hand .
  • wash your face 
wash your face regularly and at least twice a day (first at the mourning and and once before bad) cleaning the face often will keep the oil production low, kill bacteria and and rinse away the dead skin cell . make sure you wash your face gently .use face washes which suits you . tea tree oil based face wash is best due to there antibacterial power. 
  • drink plenty of water
drinks a lot of water. some times because of dehydration our skin becomes dry. the toxins, bodily waste and even the bacteria can be trapped into your body. so drink enough of water to flush out all toxins from the body.
  • stay away from addiction 
 
avoid smoking. smoking has very bad effect on health ,skin and lungs sometimes smoking has very bad acne breakout.
  • avoid makeup and cosmetics
try to avoid cosmetics and makeup because it contains to many chemicals which is harmful for skin. and in case if u apply makeup never forget to remove it before bed .because of makeup pores of a skin is getting clog the  pores . or try to apply non comedogenic makeup that formulated so as not to Couse blocked pores.
  • sleep-well
finally sleep well if u aren't getting enough sleep chances are that your skim hasn't had the time or the ability to renew it's skin cells.

NUTRITION INTAKE 
 
our skin cells required proper nutrition for functioning well and proper amount of nutrition from whole grains, fruits, veggies, protein helps our skin to regenerate faster and limits unnecessary oil production .

  • say no to sugary food
high sugary products like sweets, cola, chocolate, packed juices, this food products create the production of insulin in our body. because of this production of insulin  our body generate androgen harmanes which causes acne . 
  • say no to oily and greasy foods
stay away from oily and greasy foods.as much we consume oily and greasy food as more our body creates oil. which clog our pores so cut down the oily and packaged food.
  • consume fiber rich food
eat fiber rich food like vegetable, fruits, whole grains , nuts as part of your daily diet this food gives us essential nutrients which helps us to stay away from acne or pimples. eats foods has higher water intake like cucumber , water Mallon ,tomato, apple ,cabbage. this foods are rich with the water content. which helps to keep our stomach cool.


CONCLUSION
acne causes because of unhealthy lifestyle we have to avoid all junk food ,packaged food, oily food and eat lots of vegetable make sure you wash your face twice daily. and drink enough of water and stay hydrated.do not try to pop a pimple.
